Membership Terms
Last updated: July 8, 2026
These Membership Terms govern your membership in Belmont, operated by Partnered Management Group (“PMG,” “we,” “us”). By joining Belmont or paying for a membership, you agree to these terms.
1. Membership and tiers
Belmont offers several membership tiers, each with its own price and benefits as described on joinbelmont.com. Benefits, tiers, and pricing may change over time; we will give notice of material changes.
2. Eligibility
Membership is intended for founders and owners of operating businesses with active revenue. Dinner access at applicable tiers assumes you are based in the Charlotte metro area or willing to travel for monthly dinners. We may decline or revoke membership at our discretion.
3. Billing and renewal
Memberships are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose. Paid memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Prices may change, and we will notify you before a change affects your renewal.
4. Founding Member offer
The first 50 paid signups receive 30% off their chosen tier, locked for 24 months. The discount follows you through tier changes. Founding Member and Founding Six discounts are forfeited on cancellation and are not restored on resubscription.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel anytime. Your access continues through the end of the current paid period, and you will not be charged again after cancellation. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
6. Dinners and RSVPs
For applicable tiers, dinners are all-expenses-included, covering food, standard drinks, and venue as described on the site. RSVP windows open earlier for higher tiers. RSVPs are commitments; repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect future access. Travel to and from dinners is your responsibility.
7. Community conduct
Belmont depends on trust. As a member, you agree to:
- Keep conversations confidential under the Chatham House Rule;
- Not pitch, sell to, or solicit other members; and
- Treat members, hosts, and staff with respect.
We may remove content or members that violate these standards.
8. Private community
Access to the private community (such as Slack), resources, and recordings is for your individual use as a member. Do not share access, recordings, or member information outside Belmont.
9. Intellectual property
All Belmont content, materials, and recordings are owned by PMG or its licensors and provided for members’ personal use. You may not copy, distribute, or resell them.
10. No guarantees
Belmont provides community, conversation, and resources. We do not guarantee any specific business, financial, or other results.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate membership for violation of these terms, non-payment, or conduct that harms the community, with or without notice.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PMG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your membership. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued membership after changes means you accept the updated terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
